Definition of Instigate: bring about or initiate (an action or event)

This week I dare you to be the instigator in your life. Instigate a GOOD habit or routine. Start with something small like making your bed, parking farther away when you go somewhere, taking the stairs, adding veggies and fruits. Continuous small changes add up and they don’t seem like a big leap at the time. Be an instigator!!!
