Don’t Give Up Too Soon

How many times do you start a new nutrition program or workout program and you are crushing it the first couple weeks. Then you either don’t see the results you want or you get bored and 


 you are right back to square one. We give up too soon before we see results. Real results, long term results come from being disciplined. From sticking with something once you made the decision to do it. Discipline!
