Prioritize Your Goals – Week 4

Being a mom (especially with littles) is HARD! But waiting to start your fitness journey until they…. is not a good answer. If you want the energy to keep up with them, give me 30 minutes during their nap time or when they are playing by themselves to work on you and I can guarantee you will feel better. You will have the energy to run and play with them. You will enjoy those days when they are little just a little bit more. Feeling good about yourself puts you in a better mood. It makes you smile which makes everyone around you smile. Who is ready to say YES?
