October 2nd marks 90 days until the end of the year. That’s right—90 days to shift, stretch, and show up. What if we treated this like January 1st? What if we stopped waiting for a fresh start and chose to finish strong so we could enter 2026 even stronger?
This isn’t about hustle. It’s about alignment.
Step 1: Know Your Values
Before you set goals, you need to know what matters most. Your values are the compass. They guide your decisions, your energy, your time.
If you’re unsure where to start, ask yourself:
What makes me feel most alive?
What do I want to be remembered for?
What do I crave more of in my life?
To give you an example, my values are:
Growing my faith
Quality family time
Being fit
Continuous growth
Using my gifts
What are yours?
Step 2: Rank Your Alignment
Now, take each value and ask: If I were living this out at a 10/10, what would that look like? Then, be honest—where are you today?
Ask:
What actions are serving me?
What habits are holding me back?
What’s one thing I can do in the next 90 days to move closer to a 10?
Step 3: Build Momentum with Aligned Action
The more you live out your values, the more fulfilled, energized, and motivated you feel. This is where transformation begins—not in perfection, but in progress.
Here’s what I’m focusing on for the next 90 days:
Faith: Reading the Bible—not just studies, but diving into God’s word myself.
Family: One intentional meal at the dinner table each week.
Fitness: Tracking my food (week 2 and already feeling lighter and stronger!).
Growth: Building my business foundation God’s way—stepping out of my comfort zone and letting Him lead.
Gifts: I’m living this one loud. My friends call me “Funshine” or “Joy” because when you operate in your gifts, life feels complete.
Your Turn
Let’s not coast into the holidays. Let’s rise.
Define your values.
Rank your alignment.
Choose one action per value to commit to for the next 90 days.
You don’t need a new year. You need a new decision. Let’s finish strong—so we can start 2026 even stronger.
