You Can Do Anything But Not Everything

You can do anything you set your mind to BUT you can’t do everything at one time. This is something I struggle with all the time. I read a good book and have all these ideas and want to do them all right now. It usually ends up with me being overwhelmed and not getting the results I wanted. Pick 1-2 things first and master those. Then pick another couple habits. You will be amazed at how quickly you can add new habits that actually stick by doing it this way.
